1) GEORGE REEVES ON BIOGRAPHY
For years, many of you have written to suggest that George Reeves would be a
good subject for A&E's Biography series. Well, I have some good news. A
Reeves Biography is currently in production and should be ready for airing
within a few months! I'm in almost daily contact with the field producer and
have supplied several photographs and a lot of imformation. As the air date
approaches, I'll let you know so that you can set your VCR's for what I hope
will be an outstanding episode of the series. Finally, a story about George
Reeves that will do more than focus on the night he died.

2) STRAWBERRY BLONDE TO AIR ON TCM
Alan Kaminsky recently notified me that Strawberry Blonde, featuring
George Reeves, will air on the Turner Classic Movie channel on December 31at
12:30 AM. Please note, this is early Friday morning (NOT Friday
night/Saturday morning).

USA, 1941, (CC), BW
Alan Hale, George Tobias, George Reeves

A turn-of-the-century gold digger is loved by a decent young dentist and a
brash contractor.

3) SUPERMAN NOW SHOWING IN AUSTRALIA
For all you readers from Australia, or for anyone planning to visit there
soon, John Tanti sent this note:

Hi Jim,

My name is john from Melbourne, Australia. I always recive your many e-mail
from you and with thanks. I am sending you this e-mail to tell you that we
now have the great George Reeves (Superman) on the Optus Channel. It's a
pay channel, and the series is seen every Sunday afternoon. I now have
fifteen tapes of Superman. Jim, i am 51 years old and i still get a great
buz when i watch George Reeves as Superman. Many thanks and keep up the
great work you're doing.

Yours,
John

4) CLAYTON MOORE DIES AT AGE 85
It is with great sadness that I pass along the news of Clayton Moore's death
from a heart attack on December 28. It's ironic, isn't it? Clayton Moore was
the last of the great cowboy stars of the 50s. He was, in reality ... the
Lone Ranger. I know two readers of TAC, Jr. who have web sites devoted to
Clayton Moore.

Mary Spooner's can be found at http://www.outofthenight.com/moore2.html

Steve Jensen's is at http://members.tripod.com/~ClaytonMoore/index.html
